Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return:

Contact us first at contact@NOBSWear.com to request your return. We’ll review your case and, if approved, provide you with instructions and the correct return address.

Do not return any items before receiving confirmation and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For exchanges, return the product and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off:

For EU customers, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery – no questions asked – if the item is unused and in original condition.
