During peak periods or with custom/complex items, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Times

United Kingdom & Europe

Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days after fulfillment.
Total estimated delivery time (fulfillment + shipping): 6–15 business days.
Orders may arrive sooner depending on the destination and local carriers.

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after fulfillment.
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after fulfillment.

International Orders (outside Europe/US)

Delivery times range from 7–20 business days, depending on location and shipping method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages depending on availability and fulfillment center.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (including UK), customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Note:

EU orders – VAT is included at checkout under the IOSS system.
UK orders – VAT is collected at checkout on orders under £135. Orders above this may incur import VAT and duties upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using your tracking number.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
